It might surprise you that the New Testament books are not arranged in chronological order. The four Gospels, which tell us of the life of Christ, are placed in the beginning. The comes Acts and the "epistles," or letters written by the Apostles to various churches. These epistles were ordered from largest to smallest...for some reason. So as we journey together through the birth and beginning days of the church, we'll be putting the epistles in chronological order within the narrative of the book of Acts. We'll also be including some helpful background info to help with understanding the meaning of each letter. Let's get started!
